Visuteach provides online interactive software membership packages and 11 plus papers that help prepare for 11 plus tests and exams. The 11 plus papers cannot be printed out; they can only be viewed online for a period of one year.

Each combined English and verbal reasoning paper has a total of 57 questions and should be completed in 50 minutes. There are 25 multiple-choice English questions (13 comprehension questions, 4 spelling questions, 4 punctuation questions and 4 cloze sentence completion questions) which should be completed in 25 minutes, There are 32 multiple-choice verbal reasoning questions which should be completed in 25 minutes.
The English comprehension passages are taken from classics, humorous tales, adventure stories, historical non-fiction, girls’ school stories and boys’ school stories. The English questions cover comprehension, vocabulary (e.g. synonyms, words closest in meaning), identification of parts of speech (e.g. adverbs, adjectives, nouns, verbs, pronouns, prepositions) and identification of literary devices (e.g. simile, metaphor, hyperbole, oxymoron, onomatopoeia).
The verbal reasoning questions are drawn from all 21 types of GL Assessment verbal reasoning question.

Papers are drawn from the 21 GL Assessment question types. Papers 1-12 contain questions drawn from question types 1 to 15, and papers 13-24 are drawn from question types 1 to 21.

Note that the North London Independent Girls’ Schools’ Consortium (NLIGSC) has changed its name to the London 11+ Consortium and it has changed its entrance exams. The maths papers for the London 11+ Consortium are likely to be easier than the old North London Independent Girls’ Schools’ Consortium maths entrance papers and therefore it is probably not necessary to prepare for the new London 11+ Consortium entrance exams by using the Visuteach NLIGSC membership packages. However, Visuteach will leave these packages for sale for pupils preparing for difficult independent school entrance exams in other regions.
